This site is a small WordPress install. It does not run advertising pixels or Google Analytics.

The contact form sends your name, email, and message to contact@howitwork.net so I can reply. Hidden fields, a short wait, and a rate limit drop automated junk so that mailbox is not flooded. I also keep a private copy of real-looking inquiries in WordPress.

File tools run in your browser. Those files are not uploaded to howitwork.net.

A first-party visit log (page, device type, browser family, time on the page, and country if the host sends it) is stored for me only, for 90 days, at an admin-only address. Raw IP addresses are not shown there. This is not sold and is not on the public site.

If you hire remote help, you will share whatever access is required. That access should be revoked when the job ends.
